Cheerz: Puer Kim "Manyo Maash"

The inspiration for this week's Cheerz comes from Soyeon Friend (and Halloween, der). SF has been listening to this a bunch during the past couple weeks, and I've liked it since the first listen.

If you're looking for something spooky yet a little offbeat, give it a listen:

The Best of the Worst: Oct. 30

Welcome guys, gals and ghouls! We're back with another batch of horrifyingly awful kpop news. This week, we've got a self-proclaimed boob man, more Leeteuk bullshit, and Sica's new beaux.

Cheerz: IU "Modern Times"

I have this same outfit, actually —
just replace the leather pants with jeans and the sheer blouse with a sweatshirt.

my dick is not ready for november

November is going to be quite the month with comebacks from AOA, Hello Venus, and now APink. Oh and two of the three will be featuring Brave Brothers. Everyone likes Brave Brothers.

The Best of the Worst: Oct. 23

Kpop media embarrasses itself a lot. Its love of "Ermahgerd kpop" articles is a common culprit.

These pieces occur when someone writes an entire post about the tiniest kpop mention outside Korea in an effort to show how awesome and popular kpop is in other countries. It's one thing when Psy is going viral worldwide; it's quite another when a 3-year-old song gets 38 plays on American radio.

Cheerz: Narsha "Bbi Ri Bba Bba"

Soyeon Friend and I are celebrating "Fantastic Four-Feature Found Footage and Forties Friday" today. It's where we watch niche horror movies while drinking Old Es and making fun of how dumb the characters are in everything we watch.

We're taking a break between movies #1 and #2, so what better time to post this week's spooky-themed Cheerz  Narsha's solo masterpiece "Bbi Ri Bba Bba."

Are you ready for sexy Freddie Krueger time? Because I am.

The Best of the Worst: Oct. 16

This week, I've been wondering where all my bad gurls at. Turns out, they were hanging out with Scooter Braun, trying to be the next Ariana Grande Bitch.

Or the next Rita Ora ...

Soyeon Friend already covered this in fantastic form, but American debuts are always worthy of Best of the Worst.

The Best of the Worst: Oct. 9

It's with a heavy heart that we report this week the departure of Luhan from Exo.

OK, so maybe we don't give a fuck. But the implosion of SM sure is fun to watch, isn't it?

Soyeon's latest atrocity is just the most recent in a long list of atrocities committed this year

You'll burn in hell for this.
As I find myself still coping with Soyeon's atrocity that was committed this week when she had the fucking nerve to accidentally like Kai's picture on instagram, I'm comforted by knowing she's not the first or last celebrity to commit such a grievous act.

Cheerz: Rainbow "Sweet Dream"

For everyone who's sick of Taeyeon's evil ways but can't help feeling attracted to her stunning good looks, it's your lucky day. We're giving you options with this week's Cheerz. The next time you feel the Taengoo pains, just indulge in Rainbow's "Sweet Dream." Popping a Jisook in your mouth will satisfy even the strongest Taengoo cravings without all the guilt and anger.

"I would never kick Sica out of the group ... mostly 'cause she's not in mine."

The Best of the Worst: Oct. 2

Well friends, we've made it. We've all survived SicaGate. It was touch-and-go there for a while, especially the night the terrible news was revealed, henceforth known as "The Night the Sones Cried."

A round of applause for everybody
for getting through the non-stop posts, tweets,
and stories that clogged up the kpop toilet this week

So what else happened this week? Well, it was business as usual for the rest of kpopdom. Claims of plagiarism were thrown, a celeb apologized for an embarrassing scandal, and G-Dragon alluded to his hardcore drug use.

Oh my golly ...

Create your own kpop scandal

dolla dolla billz
In a year rife with scandals have you ever wondered how these things even get started in the first place? Do people just throw darts at a spinny board to come up with the latest scandal? It used to be that it required a lot of time and effort. For one, you have to be famous. Well I guess that's about it. However, with this patented space-age technology it is even easier and now you can create your own kpop scandal from the comfort of your home.
